What should I bring with me?

Here are some suggestions of what we recommend you bring with you to this retreat:

  • Personal toiletries
  • Yoga and workout clothes
  • Sports or running shoes
  • Training towel
  • A reusable water bottle
  • Casual and comfortable clothing
  • Swimsuit (optional)
  • Warm clothing (if necessary)
  • Rain coat and boots (if necessary)

What type of meals will be provided?

The retreat will include 6 locally sourced farm-to-table meals consisting of meat and vegetarian options :

  • Friday: Dinner and snacks
  • Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • Sunday: Breakfast, lunch and snacks

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No, all necessary yoga equipment, such as mats and blocks, as well as all workout equipment will be provided.

Where is the retreat located?

The private estate is located 60 minutes from Montreal. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the property. Parking is available. The address and directions will be provided to you upon registration.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation in the ensō retreat for any reason, as well as for reasons related to COVID-19:

  • 14 days prior to the start of your retreat, you may choose to cancel or postpone your participation in a retreat, and you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of your retreat * an additional 25% will be credited toward another retreat in 2023.
  • From 14 days to 7 days prior to the start of your retreat, you may cancel your retreat and you will be refunded 25% of your total retreat amount**. An additional 25% will be credited toward another retirement in 2023.
  • Within 7 days of retirement, we do not offer refunds.

**This policy applies to all retreats and events, regardless of the amount paid for the reservation.

***If the ensō team has to reschedule a retreat due to a COVID-19 outbreak or other events beyond our control, your stay will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund prior to the start of the retreat.
